1. Unsatisfactory quality or fit for the purposes for which the product has been intended for use
2. Products that are past their expiry date
3. Wrong Product
4. Any type of damage afflicted on the received product
All requests of return or exchange for the above reasons are offered free of charge.
We assure you that Omorfia Codes is 100% committed to ensure that our efforts are directed towards preventing the above situations, however, in the rare occasion of it occurring, we will do everything we can to ease the return or exchange process for you.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS
- Send our team an email on firstname.lastname@example.org to request for the return or exchange of goods received with the reason for the request.
- Upon receiving a return request, it is subject to validation and when completed our team will get in touch with you to schedule return or exchange of product.
- We will dispatch our assigned courier to collect the product within 24 hours.
- For exchange requests, please note that it will be fulfilled within 48 hours.
- Please make sure that the products are unused with the original packaging material.
REFUNDSRefund is issued when the product is received by Omorfia Codes and inspected for its return eligibility based on the request received.
If you paid for your order via a credit/debit card or on COD basis you have the option to receive Omorfia Codes Credit which you may use on the Website.
